Hi. I have purchased several of your ledge designs, but when I send them to my portrait to cut - all of the scored lines end up being cut rather than scored. Is it not as simple as sending the design to the portrait and waiting for it to finish cutting or am I missing a step on the preparation? I am a new user, so perhaps I'm missing something obvious. Thanks for any help.
Tom, The problem is with the early version of the new Silhouette software. v3 had a bug an cut all dotted lines as cut lines. They have fixed this, so download the update again. All problems will be solved.

The buildings of Ledge Village are all about 3/4" thick and vary between 4 and 6" tall. I am sorry but I do not sell cut files just the svg, pdf and dxf cutting files.

DeleteHmm- that is odd. I started out cuting mine on the portrait & never had an issue. Maybe there is a issue with your DL. maybe try to DL again.
